More than ever, companies are recognizing the benefits of flexibility at work. Studies consistently link flexibility to increased engagement, job satisfaction and productivity. But, are we getting the formula right? According to a June 2014 Council of Economic Advisers’ report on workplace flexibility, 79% of those surveyed said office culture was most important to them and 55% cited flexibility as a key component of that culture. Still, a whopping 74% were dissatisfied with available flexible work options.
